• Where is Wayback’s Arcade located?

  Our address is 1305 Military Hwy. We are located across the street from Louisiana College. 

• What are the prices at Wayback’s Arcade?

  $13 + tax is the price of admission to enter Wayback’s, and this gets you free unlimited play from the time we open until we close. Everyone who enters MUST pay admission (this excludes our BOGO day).

  Parties and group discounts start at $130 for 12 people (this gets you two in for free!), and each additional person is discounted down to $11. We also offer memberships!

• What are the daily discount days and membership perks?

  We host powerful weekly promotions to keep your budget locked down, featuring 50% Off College Mondays (with valid student ID) and BOGO Two-Player Tuesdays (buy one entry, get a second entry completely free).
  
  Every 3rd Thursday is Member Appreciation Day, granting members 10% off all food or merch and a free guest entry.
  
  Active military, police, and first responders always receive a 10% daily discount with ID, and seniors receive a 10% discount on entry and food upon request.
  
  We also sell an unlimited business-hour Monthly VIP Membership for just $35.

• Can I leave after paying admission and come back later in the day?

  You may leave and return on the same day of purchasing your day pass, but you must have your hand stamped before exiting Wayback’s if you’d like to return. If you leave and we reach capacity, however, you may not be allowed back in until the crowd lessens. There is no re-admission after 15 minutes before close.

• What is the age policy for kids and families at the arcade?

  To maintain a safe, high-quality environment for all our guests and protect our massive collection of vintage hardware, all children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult guardian at all times while on the property.

• Do you offer memberships?

  We do!  We offer several membership plans that will allow you to come and go as you please. It is cheaper to buy the membership than to come just 3 times in one month! Snacks and drinks are individually priced.

• Will there be any rules in Wayback’s Arcade, or will it be complete anarchy?

  We’re glad you asked! Here’s what we’ve come up with so far:

  1. YOU MUST PAY ADMISSION TO ENTER WAYBACK’S ARCADE
     Wayback’s Arcade has a limited occupancy that is for paying customers only.

  2. RESPECT THE MACHINES AND THE STAFF
     Failure to do so will result in being asked to leave and could result in being permanently banned from Wayback’s Arcade. If you purposely damage a machine, you will be held responsible for repairs.

  3. RESPECT YOUR FELLOW PLAYERS
     The games are all set to free play. Please don’t “hog” a game if someone is waiting to play. Allow others to have an opportunity to enjoy the game. Treat others with kindness.

  4. WAYBACK’S ARCADE IS NOT A DAYCARE
     For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, children under 15 must be accompanied by a paid adult guardian for entry. This policy helps us maintain a safe environment, ensures proper supervision, and protects our games and facilities from unnecessary wear and tear.

  5. IF YOU PURCHASE FOOD, PLEASE FINISH IT AND CLEAN YOUR HANDS BEFORE RETURNING TO THE GAMES
     Cheeto dust and joysticks do not mix.  All food MUST be kept in our party rooms or dining area.

  6. DO NOT SET DRINKS ON GAMES
     All beverages MUST be kept in our party rooms or dining area.

• Do I have to pay arcade admission just to eat at 8-Bit Pizza Parlor?

  Absolutely not! 8-Bit Pizza Parlor operates with a strict No-Admission Dining Area policy. Locals and families can walk right into our dedicated dining room to order and eat with zero arcade entry fees required.
  
  Our full menu is also available for quick counter carryout and doorstep delivery via DoorDash and Grubhub.

• What makes 8-Bit Pizza Parlor’s chicken wings healthier than fast food?

  We completely reject commercial deep fryers and heavy, saturated frying oils. Our premium bone-in wings and breaded wing bites are 100% oven-baked hot directly on our pizza decks. This locks in natural juices and keeps them significantly lower in trans fats and calories.
  
  To ensure a fresh, true flavor profile, wings are tossed fresh in your choice of 10 signature sauces immediately after baking, or served completely sauceless to highlight our savory, slow-roasted rotisserie flavor.

• What pizza size, crust, and customization choices do you offer?

  Every pizza is baked fresh to order across 4 sizes and 3 distinct crust profiles, including a 7″ Personal original crust, a 10″ health-conscious low-carb Cauliflower crust, a 12″ customizer (Original or Thin crust), and our giant family-sized 16″ “Donkey Kong” value pie (Cheese or Pepperoni).
  
  You can completely customize your pie with 6 signature custom sauces (including Creamy Garlic Alfredo, Zesty Ranch, and Tangy BBQ) and premium toppings like white meat chicken, gourmet shrimp, and our hot honey drizzle.

• When is the All-You-Can-Eat Pizza Lunch Buffet available?

  Our hot and fresh pizza slice buffet line runs exclusively Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM. (Wings are always available for separate a la carte purchase). To eliminate regional food waste, leftover pristine buffet items are packed into limited-quantity $5 Mystery Grab Boxes available Monday through Friday right after the buffet concludes via the TooGoodToGo mobile app.

• How many games does Wayback’s have?

  We have 160+ games (including rhythm, shooting, and driving), 19 pinballs, & 9 “sport games (including 2 pool, 2 ski, 4 basketball, 1 foosball)

• What world-record and rare collector games are on the floor?

  Wayback’s houses the largest Mortal Kombat arcade experience in the world (6 total setups including dedicated original MK 1, 2, Ultimate 3, and 4 cabinets, plus custom Trilogy and MK11 builds) and the most Street Fighter arcades known to exist in one place (anchored by an authentic, dual-screen Taito Vewlix cabinet running Ultra SF4 [1.1, 1.2], plus 32″ showcase cabinets for Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and SVC Chaos).
  
  Our floor also features Louisiana’s largest selection of light-gun shooters, driving simulators, 4-player co-op cabinets (including original Konami classics like TMNT and The Simpsons), an elite 22-table pinball gallery (boasting a massive Gottlieb System 3 library and custom Predator and Top Gun rethemes), a massive imported Japanese rhythm gaming arena (WACCA, CHUNITHM, SOUND VOLTEX), and the world-exclusive physical cabinet version of the indie hit Hunters in the Dark.

• Where can you play pool under 21 years old in Central Louisiana?

  Wayback’s Arcade was voted Cenla’s Best Place to Play Pool two years in a row and serves as the region’s only under-21 commercial billiards room.
  
  Tables cost exactly $1 per game (per rack). Players simply turn in a valid ID card to the front counter in exchange for sticks and billiard balls, drop their dollar into the mechanical slot to release the balls, and return the gear to retrieve their ID when finished.

• Can I play for money or host a gambling event?

  This is strictly prohibited.

• What is in the Retro Tech Memorial Museum and pop-culture exhibits?

  Our curated glass showcases preserve 20th-century home entertainment and media history, displaying a working Commodore 64, ColecoVision, Atari 2600, an original NES (with a Zapper and Power Glove), Betamax, VHS, and reel-to-reel decks, alongside retro handhelds like Game Boys and Tiger Electronics.
  
  The facility is loaded with original unrepairable cabinet side-art panels (Terminator 2, Operation Wolf) mounted as wall installations, custom murals by local Cenla artists, a dedicated Fan-Art Canvas Wall, original vintage John Carpenter posters, and hidden life-sized movie displays including Stripe from Gremlins, life-sized Crites from Critters, R2-D2, E.T., and an Evil Dead Necronomicon prop display.
