Standard Party Deposit

Description

Standard Party Package — $130 + tax

Includes admission for up to 12 guests and two reserved booths in our general seating area for two hours.

Your guest count includes everyone attending the event, including the guest of honor, parents, spouses, family members, and guests who do not plan to play in the arcade.

Additional guests: $11 + tax per person
Maximum party size: 20 guests

Your Party Includes

• Admission for 12 guests
• Two reserved booths for 2 hours
• Full access to Wayback’s Arcade
• Unlimited gameplay during your visit
• The option to stay and continue enjoying the arcade after your two-hour reserved seating period ends

You are welcome to bring a birthday cake for your party.

We also offer 8-Bit Pizza Parlor pizza, wings, ice cream, and other concession items for your convenience. Ask us about our pizza bundles for your event!

Seating & Guest Limits

Due to limited seating, standard parties are limited to a maximum of 15 guests.

Because these parties are held in our general seating area, additional tables and the buffet table may not be used for party seating. This helps us keep seating available for other guests.

Important Party Policies

• All guests must be included in the paid guest count, even if they are not playing arcade games.
• Outside pizza and wings are strictly prohibited.
• Confetti, glitter, and silly string are not permitted.
• Please do not use tape or adhesives that may damage the walls or paint. Approved tape can be provided if needed.
• Your reserved booths are available for two hours. After that time, your guests are welcome to stay and continue enjoying the arcade.
• Our staff does not decorate or set up your event. Please plan accordingly.
• Your party time begins at the scheduled booking time.
• Early access to the room is not guaranteed, so please plan setup time within your reserved party period unless other arrangements have been made.

Booking & Payment

• Parties must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
• A deposit is required to reserve your party.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• The remaining balance is due at the time of the party.
